This meeting is critical both for us and for the client as we provide an honest appraisal of the management needs within the contexts of the budget, requirements and the current market.
Having confirmed the management criteria during our initial visit we set about designing most suitable management package along with additionally required services based on our clients brief. We ensure we visit each potentially suitable aspect of the management service before we draft a management agreement of only the very best options.
Once the management agreement is finalized, it is offered to the client to review and amend if required.
IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT
Once agreement has been reached over the designed management services, Lifestyle will begin to implement the required task. We start to gather information and data that is necessary to run your property on a day to day basis.
We combine our knowledge and experience of property management, interacting with every external source until our property information portfolio is complete.
We manage every aspect of the property under the management agreement, liaising with third party service providers as and when required. Our commitment to ensuring that the property is managed to the highest standard ensures that all parties remain focused on their role of interacting with your property.
Our job doesn’t end with the handing over of the keys. We develop long term relationships with our clients and our ability to offer an array of additional services to our clients through Lifestyle Property Management, means that we can manage every aspect of the home.
IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT

Lifestyle Property Management operates on the basis of a an annual membership, and fixed fees relating to services and rentals. All our clients are fully retained and our contracts are valid for 12 months. We inherently adopt an entrepreneurial approach to our fees and terms and endeavour not to fit our clients into predefined boxes, as such we are able to alter our terms and conditions depending on our clients requirements.
